My oil burner does not start what should I do?

)Check to see that the switch is on,it is usually located at the top of the cellar stairs or on the boiler.
)Make sure that the circuit breaker or fuse is not blown.
)Check your tank to make sure you have oil.If your tank is in the basement check the gauge,if the tank is located outside you will have to check the level of oil with a stick.
)If everything above checks out try resetting the burner by pushing the reset button,ONLY ONE TIME. This is important if it is an electrical problem pushing the button more than once could saturate the chamber with fuel oil.
)If your unit still does not start call for service at 549-FUEL(3835).
